Registration: The first step in holding a spot in the 2015 camp is Registration. Please register early, as registration will close if we fill all available spots before start of camp (20 students per camp). Registration is a simple process that requires minimal information and a $50 deposit or payment in full by May 15th for $250 plus 6% sales tax per week-long camp. If paying a deposit, the $50 is applied to the $265 cost. In order for STEMPLOY to keep information on file, parents are also asked to complete the registration form, camp emergency contact, and medical information in the Program Registration Packet when signing up.

Enrollment: An online registration is available for express enrollment and to reserve your child’s spot in the camp. The 2015 dates and locations of summer camps still need to be determined. If you register by fax, e-mail, mail, or online, the Program Registration Packet including full registration, emergency contact and medical information should also be completed with the $265 registration fee made payable to STEMPLOY prior to the camp start-date. By May 15th, mail forms to be processed prior to first day of camp at: STEMPLOY LLC 1346 Dogwood Avenue, Morgantown, WV 26505.

Lunch: Students are asked to bring their own lunches for the camp to alleviate concerns of food allergies. Please mention any known food allergies in the medical information form. Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day.

Medical Information: This information is needed in the event that your child becomes ill or needs treatment during the camp hours to ensure that proper care is provided. Forms should be mailed with full payment of $250 plus 6% sales tax ($265) by May 15th to be processed prior to the first day of camp.

Grades for the school year preceding camp: One of our goals is to ensure improvement in the academic performance of our campers in science and math classes. Please help us by providing the grades from the school report card for your child showing scores in math and science. This information is needed for campers ten years and older.

Payment due date: The camp tuition of $250 plus 6% sales tax ($265) must be paid in full before the start of camp. Parents who cannot complete tuition payment before the start of camp should contact us at 304-685-6530 or by email at info@stemploy.com to discuss payment arrangements.

Refund policy dates: The $50 deposit fee is applied to the registration tuition cost. Camp tuition is fully refundable until May 24, 2014. Between May 24 and June 1, 50% of paid fees will be refunded. No refunds will be issued once camp begins.
