STEMPLOY’s Founder, Lynn Dombrowski is proud to have represented women working in the field of Technology at the recent TechConnectWV’s Women in Technology: A Formula for Success http://techconnectwv.org/events/women-in-technology-a-formula-for-success/. This conference was the first “Women in Technology” Conference and included more than 100 participants representing all sectors of technology.
Lynn, owner of LAD Studio LLC, had the opportunity to share with attendees her experience as a small business owner working in the field of technology, beginning with her education, internship opportunities, work experiences, and decision to be an entrepreneur.
Her interest and passion to encourage other young girls to pursue a STEM career has impacted her initiative for STEMPLOY.
Lynn was a panel presenter representing women in technology at the TechConnectWV Conference in Wheeling’s Oglebay Resort on October 19, 2012.
